perryton, tx | In all my years growing wheat have yet to see that happen. Sure would have saved me replanting on several occasions! What i think is that if it sprouts in marginal moisture but cannot go ahead and come on up it will wait for a little while and if it does happen to rain it will continue the germination process. The operative word being little while-once it sprouts the clock is ticking so it needs to rain pretty quick. In my experience once it dries up, thats all she wrote. | |
