NW Tennessee
I had two varieties of Pioneer and two DeKalb. Didn't matter, all four varieties were heavy. I don't have a clue why, but everyone I have talked to around here with decent yields had high TW corn. Believe me, there is plenty of corn around here that is pretty bad, too. All of our corn, which is about 300 acres, was planted on three farms within a mile of each other. We were very fortunate and got good rains early, with the last one coming around the 25th or so of July and then it just cut off. We still lack 72 acres that were re-planted after the record floods first part of May. That will surely bring our average down as it's not going to be much.
