Here it would depend what kind of ground, any gravel etc.. Here the water runs through the gravel and hits a spot of low clay and comes to the surface.. Many times a tile from one gravel knoll to the other will let the water pass through and then drain the hole.In he meantime get all the road and ditch dirt you can to the hole ,So you can level it later
