Idaho | Gearclash - 6/9/2026 06:15 I know a number of people who have gluten intolerance. Most of them grew up on a nasty dirty livestock farm. Most times celiac isn't diagnosed at an early age. It also tends to be familial.
Oldest sons MIL travels to Australia quite a bit. Can not eat bread in Canada due to gluten. Has no issues with the bread in Australia.
Wife has issues with gluten, yet she can eat Einkorn wheat with no issues.
Wonder what the difference in farming pratices are? |
