Elon Musk does not have good ole fashioned hand flapping Autism...Elon was one of those kids we used to diagnose as being "a little strange, " "slow," "weird," "quiet," "shy," or "hyper active" back in the day....just like Albert Einstein who didn't start to speak full sentences until he was aged 4 or 5 and refused to wear socks.
