We bought this house in 2020 and it had Geothermal furnace in it, ground loop, it was install when the house was built in the 90's. We like it for both the AC and the heat, when it gets down to 10 degrees or less it doesn't work as well mostly because the circut breaker on the heat unit is turned off, we have a stove insert in the fireplace I just use that when it gets really cold.
