Sounds like fake news to me. If the wind turbine managers had any inkling that the nuts were loosening on the studs, they would lock the gearbox down until crews could retorque them. Just to expensive to replace
With how nextera has been recently, I wouldn't be surprised if they ran them as is.
Otherwise Oliver County has recordings of their meetings from what I remember. |
