central WI | I did that with airgas probably 15 yrs ago, went in to exchange tanks, they wanted me to prove I owned them, yeah ok I carry my 10 year old tank receipt in my pocket, morons. I then asked them to look up in their fancy all knowing computer when the last time they invoiced me for tank rental...uh we can't find any record of a rental agreement or invoicing. Huh, interesting. They still wanted me to somehow prove I owned the tanks. I said I'll just walk out the door and you'll never see me again. Airgas is the scum of the earth. | |
