Subject: RE: for guys pulling 20” planters

We have 16in tracks for spraying and sidedress. Problem with 16in deere 2 track is the tracks wear out and don't stay centered. Can usually get 7-9yrs out of them tho. Planter has fat floaters and run over a row. I don't care for this at all but it works. Crop just doesn't always look pretty (corn). We widen rows to make tram lines so we're running a 24in tram for the tracks to go down. I think 18in tracks would be perfect if they stayed centered in this scenario.

My most ideal planter tractor for 20in planter is 18in tracks on 8rx with tram lines. It wouldn't tear up the ground on turns like a 2 track
