Z. was applied in late April. Ground was dry but since then we've had bunches of rain:  besides small rains, several hard, washing ~2" rains, each about a week apart. So I wouldn't be surprised if some of it simply washed away.

Z. was applied with glyphosate & metribuzin, which gave us a good burndown of existing vegetation.
