Wife does it in the oven on a big pan with a little side around it .
Put some Olive oil on it as don't need the bottom covered, just over the spears.
Sprinkle a little coarse salt over it and in 12 min. then turn over and 12min. more and take it out and eat it.
I just grab a piece with my hands and eat it up.
Very nice for a snack , as I like it cold.
