Briarpatch,make a white sauce(butter,flour,milk sauteed),add chopped hard boiled eggs,stir in gently,keep white sauce a tad loose.Steam some asparagus.Toast well some white bread,make toast points,lay asparagus on toast ,laddle on the white sauce with egg.Enjoy it .Crazy good IMO.Mo did this way back,,a way to eat more eggs and asparagus as we had plenty of both.
