S MN | Only have a few weeks left before we let the asparagus fern out... Any must try recipes? Our small patch is very prolific, but was established for a family of 6, now only 2 in the house. Usually just drizzle olive oil and mozzerella over the top in a cast iron pan- either in the oven or on the grill weather permitting- add a little seasoning and that is pretty much it. Good stuff, but maybe something else we could try in the next few weeks? | |
