One of the truckstops in Nebraska City had them , It was a little nozzle that popped over when you activated it and a little air blower . Some truckstop bathrooms are a little on the nasty side but these were always clean when i was there , No idea what the brand of these were , pretty sure you could change the water temp on them also .
