Compared to 15's I would say they arguably close the rows as quick if not quicker. Part of those observations come from cramming a few more seeds every foot so it's more "solid seeded" similar to 30's and you dont have as big of gaps between plants in-row that take additional time to fill in. Plants can spend more time branching out sideways. Plus less row units to maintain is not a bad thing either.
