I've never seen anything to make me believe Laura is not legit and to me she is simply trying to help people. Does she make some money on her YouTube videos? I would hope so. It takes a LOT of time to put out good content. The editing and time spent is not small.

If you want to see some bad unedited content, see the occasional stuff I put up. I guarantee I don't make any YouTube money from it.

There is a lot of crap on YouTube. Laura Spath is legitimately good content. A person may disagree with what she says and that is fine. But I think she is genuinely trying to help people from her and her husbands experiences.

More from Laura Spath.

I guess one thing that gives legitimatcy to what she says for me is I personally followed much the path of her husband. I myself reversed my type 2 diabetes similar to what he did, with diet change. So I don't have reason to question a lot of what she says. I think she and him have lived it like I have. Now they are trying to help other people. As is the reason I post my opinion on the subject.
