S Illinois | It was pure political theater trying to shore up his base before the midterms. He was pandering plain and simple. He is a salesman despite some bootlickers trying to elevate him to something more.
Edit: Read the transcript of what he actual said and covered. It was just a political stump speech. Only used ag to lend support and sympathy to what he was saying.
