I dont follow. You suggest I purchase LRP when I buy the cattle (which will cost a boatload with that much time value) at below breakeven, but then say I'm not covered with my hedges (that were in the $2.40's) if the market crashes. I get the no margin game but there are plenty of hoops to jump through with LRP so its not a one size fits all scenarios.
Garvo’s $2.28 hedges?
