No monthly subscription on this stuff. Once you move daily putting up a paddock division or temporary fence around a crop field, waterway etc. becomes second nature goes up and taken down pretty quick when you do this every day.
1000s of ditch rats and electric fence don’t mix.
Depends on what kind, no the little 3/8" steel electric fence posts with screw on insulators or t posts and clip on insulators with that farmstore 14 gauge wire do not mix with deer. Insulators either crack or pop off and then wires down and shorted against a steel post then if you don't have new insulators with you have to hunt for the insulators in the grass that popped off. Polywire has a lot of give to it pretty rare to have issues with deer messing up the fence and I'm right by what the outfitters call "the golden triangle" of Illinois deer hunting so we've got plenty. Nice thing too is the wire's bright white the deer respect it a lot better. Last year was hunting a stand next to stalk field i had just moved cows off of that i fenced in with step in posts and poly wire and deer after deer trying to come across the field would get to where the wire was a week ago and look around and bob their heads at the edge where wire was and hesitate before jumping over a wire that wasn't even there anymore.
