I posted this on another thread already.....but I was at a graduation party last weekend and met a dairy farmer from Wisconsin that milks around 350 head. He has a buyer pick up his baby calves twice a week and he is currently receiving $1750 a head. Beef on dairy is a booming thing I bet.
