Depends how you look at it. Putting up a polywire daily strip grazing stockpile in the winter is a lot faster, cheaper and easier than feeding hay. I also haven't clipped a pasture since 2020 since the higher density grazes seem to mash down the stems pretty good and gives me a more even graze. But yes you still gotta work for the girls a bit.
