Own your own sows, feed your own corn, finish your own pigs and pump your own poo and you’re ok. It doesn’t have to be done on a massive scale.
You get it but that sounds like work, work that most guys don't want to do (some days that includes me).
Only thing I'd add to your list and its one we currently don't do ourselves because of time/labor issues, truck your own hogs.
