In my mind AL is the poorest material to use in a fence system-corrodes when ever it comes in contact with any other metal and probably itself sometimes.
Interesting, wouldn't disagree with your issues yet almost all power lines are predominantly - - - - aluminum.
Plus I had it on hand. If buying its your cheapest bang for the size.
So there are some strong positives.
Copper on steel or on galvanized steel is also going to have issues and is a LOT more $$$. |
