And just like farm land, there's outside investors looking to park their money in hog barns because the check just keeps coming. There's a guy that owns some buildings in my area that supposedly owns about 15 barns, he's a professional gambler.
That will mostly help keep a cap on the custom rates because those guys don't care what the pay is(to a point). They just want a ROI.
If fertilizer prices stay where they are for very long there’s likely to be another round of construction for a pit full of poop.
