Mike, what's their manure look like? If it's as wet and runny as it often is in these grass conditions I think they'd appreciate access to a bale of dry hay.
Here in w Wis we had over 8" of rain in April. You probably had about the same. The grass is as "washy " as ever. They need some dry hay.
