SE Nebraska | Been very dry and grass was not growing and even start to turn brown in places. Over past week finally got between 3 to 4 inches of rain and now a week of cooler weather with additional rain in forecast. Question is how fast will grass respond and how long should a person wait to turn cows out on it. Was fertilized in March and had enough rain to dissolve fertilizer.
