We have a 53' EBY ground load. Our typical cow load is 25-26 cows. 5-6-6-6-2or3 on back. Any more than that and they are crammed in there. We love it when we go to grass and stalks. Doesn't take long to move 100 cows. We have two Wilson 7x24 trailers to.

I think we normally haul 30 cows. 6,7,7,7,3

One time the guys told me they crammed 33 on there. Which I couldn't believe. But then remembered they were young cows at weaning time.

Several times I have thought that if there was only one cut gate on the center or long section of the floor we could probably get another cow or two on. Because there is usually a little room but not quite enough in the 3 sections that hold 7 each.

Funny thing is, I have the adjustable rolling gates, so I could adjust the compartment sizes and try to squeeze another cow on. But it works good the way it is so we normally just roll with it.
