| Probably 99%, if you look at the average income in an area like that, a $50 steak is nothing. Fort Collins, same deal. Happened to drive through one evening a few weeks ago. A Thursday night and every restaurant and bar busy. The point is there is a crazy amount of wealth in more areas than most of us realize and beef is finally getting some of it, mainly because numbers are so short the packers and retailers finally have to give some of it up. | |
