North Central US
Depends on what you are rolling. We have one a fair bit bigger, just going by looks, and when we put new rollers in it, 200 bushels of oats in a half hour was pretty good, but you could feed corn through it as fast as the take away auger would take it(cracking corn).

I should say capacity depends entirely on how wore down(smooth) the rollers are. There was, probably still is, a company in South Dakota that will make a new set of rollers for a fair price, all they need is the measurements.

A bigger concern would be that it is outside for how long? Chances are they didn't clean it out.

Artsway or Deere is my guess on colors alone for brand.
