I have the idea of putting up a calving barn in southeast South Dakota and keep going back and forth between a modern hoop barn like accu steel and a monoslope. This would be for spring calving cows, deep-bedded pack, with cattle fed outside and a dry lot.
What should I figure per sq ft for everything except gates and bunks? Looking at about a 60x200-225
