SW MO | I planted Goliath Oats and 4010 forage peas on Feb 26th after reading a post on here about raising this mix for chopping. I plan on baling and wrapping these and was curious on what the best stage is for the oats to make baleage out of? We have wet baled and wrapped oats in the past and they didn’t turn out the best but I think we waited too late to put them up. These are about waist tall now with no heads showing.
