Central Illinois | We have more moisture than last year, but it is disappearing. The grass in our pastures is not keeping up with the cows and calves. Additionally, the temperatures have been cool which slowed the growth.
Dad died in March at the age of 90. During his lifetime he always commented that the creek through his farm always went out of it's banks once a year. The last time it went out was April 28th of 2024. With timely rains last year we had very good crops.
Years ago my pastor asked me if I can make my crops grow. I said no, but have killed some crops. I always ask God for His blessings according to His will. I know He will carry me through whatever the situation. | |
