In our area, it seems they replace everything as once one goes the rest aren't far behind. When we decommissioned our barn where we thought the slats were still good, all the slats were getting a sag that wasn't visible until opened up the floor. The slats you may be able to sell to others to use for feed pads, etc. Around here, seems $25-35 for a used slat is typical.
