north central Ohio | Had a beaming failing in a 17 year old 2400 tunnel barn and inspecting other beams it appears we may have several failing. Have local guy who does this work and thinks the beams probably should all be done because coming in every group to do 1 or 2 gets pricey. Was curious if any guys have run into this and what they did? Going to get pricing on new beams and while slats seem okay is it best to just do them to once pulled? Anyone have one done recently and willing share what it cost. I know it won’t be cheap but young enough yet I don’t want to deal with it for another 20 years. | |
