You can use it about 75% no longer than 45 days.
Takes 3-5 acres for aum.

Cross fenced into 4 fields.
Bid in for 10 yrs, about 13-14 $.——this is per acre—-per year—-every year—
Not tooimpressive, ‘eh?
But— I leave more than that anyhow.
Im in less than 45days,
If pasture would rent for 45$—aum—--im getting that much—or more—rent—and still get to graze it—-
And they cost share the cross fence.
If there’s a down side on this field for me—-I don’t see it——
I plan on fencing most of riparian on my dime—-which will give me more paddocks as it will divide existing ones——and ive already made good progress compared to the one field season long it was when I got it—
