It doesn’t help that on November 15, the transportation department ended a rule that required airlines to automatically compensate passengers for delays exceeding three hours, which were the airlines’ fault.
They replaced the compensation package with a campaign. They feel if everyone dresses more professionally, then the hassles of airport travel would be lessened.
