Heavy metals. My mother cooked for years in cast aluminum, even tomatoes. My worst exposed to it was aluminum shovels, my sweety hands would be aluminum. Well, nobody gets out of here alive, I would just like to stay as long as the Lord wills and be healthy enough to enjoy it.
