| The early Traegers were awesome. simple, easy to use, since then, they sold the company to a foreign concern and the quality has suffered a bit. I ve had Treger, Mak, and pitboss. The mak and the pitboss heat up quicker and hold heat better. Ive had my pitboss for 5 years and still goin strong and much cheaper then some of the others. Basically any pellet grill will work , I have friends who swear by a green mountain pellet grill. Just a matter of how much you want to spend and what features you want. | |
