We get along pretty well with a Gen 1 KMC Rip-Strip set on 24" rows in 225-250 bpa corn. Like most southern strip till systems, we run it like a deep ripper with the shank going 16-18" deep.
Row cleaner behind the front/leading coulter, deep ripper shank, quad coulter row tillage, and double rolling basket conditioner.
