| Ethan....you don't have a clue what the 80's was ....and we ain't there. You didn't borrow money, because you couldn't pay it back. Lot of difference in 7% and 18%. The first money I borrowed was 12% after things started to straighten out, and the banker (my landlord) really didn't want to give it to me. There wasn't the greed and backstabbing back then because everybody was swimming around with just their nose above water. I think sometimes you need to take a hard look and see if you really want to press on. Lots of good town jobs with benefits and retirements, and you don't walk around with a chip on your shoulder about the neighbor's shiny equipment. Just for reference, I started farming in 82....didn't start getting traction until about 92-93, and momma didn't have a town job, stayed home raising babies. 10 years was along time to farm for nothing. Get tough or get out, sorry
