Reality speaks - 11/17/2025 17:50 Farmers are all unsecured creditors and will be the last ones paid out. If you have a warehouse receipt you might have a better claim.
Doesn't the line form behind the guys with warehouse receipts? The farmer still legally owns that grain.
On the other hand, those with grain on PLC are likely SOL.
