Agree. Which is why I feel the timing of the “ reverting back” to WAR has a lot of “meaning” in it for where we are at on the world front and what this administration is striving for as far as a “ fear no one” title/ mentality. I by no means am saying it is right or wrong, just saying, to me Department of War has a different tone to it than Department of Defense.
