When there is a problem one tries to “eliminate” or “control” the problem, whether it is your health, finances, equipment, etc. The problem is, there are countries out there that feel “WE” are a problem as well. Fine line…… thus the changing of name to Department of War I feel. Right or wrong ? I don’t know. Seems to give the entitlement to be more the aggressor than the defender????? Maybe Venezuela case in point?
