The problem is, no one is asking for this. Ethanol goes in, biodiesel goes in. It was explained to me that the feedstocks go into a regular cracking column at a refinery and it comes out as jet fuel, indistinguishable from the regular stuff, because it's all coming off the same columns. All you're doing is driving the cost up by putting higher cost feed stocks up the column. Sure, it's great for biofuel demand, but other than that it's expensive and fairly pointless.
