Rollins will try and relabel water under the bridge, or things already approved , as new aid to farmers, when in fact , they were going to happen already. I would add, whatever goody basket gets tosssed in the end of the year with the next continuing resolution, will most likely be comprehensive and not aimed at just soybeans. Just my opinion
