If Trump was not in office would it be better? Who knows. Trump's first term set a tone. A shift. The tariffs on Brazil is setting a shift. Many other shifts also.
I think China will buy from the best supplier and cheapest for their needs. That is Brazil. China cannot become to dependant on USA. Trump than could use it as weapon in trade.
Where would we be without tariffs on soybeans?
