| i`m looking at land prices and used machinery prices, they no where have crashed. old men (farmers) go to actual toy shows and spend $500 for a literal toy, old men out number the kids at these "farm toy shows". someone has the secret sauce. my plan is, no operating debt, get your inputs locked in, then if prices crash below $3 and $9 on the `26 crop, you can adjust your spending on the `27 crop accordingly. Brazil seems to increase acres 4% a yr and yield go up, china`s market is a waste of time. they invested in Brazil and Africa for a decade or more and that is where the bulk of their needs will be met. | |
