Open the bleed screw on the top left corner of the filter housings and unlock the primer plunger by turning ccw if it's the locking type. Pump primer until fuel comes out both filters. Prime until just fuel comes out without air bubbles. Close bleed screws and push primer a few more times. Start engine and move throttle up as it's starting. Should start. If not have someone give it a whiff of starting fluid as you turn the engine over.
