I have a couple loads of brokered corn they haven't paid for. My biggest worry has been claw back if they took bankruptcy. With neb making them pay neb guys first, wouldn't that be ripe for clawback if they do declare multi state bankrupcy? It would seem to be what clawback rules were intended for. Can't play favorites.
