NE Indiana | Start the tractor up and put it in neutral. Steer the wheel slowly to the left until the tractor starts to turn, then do it slowly to the right. does the wheel turn the same distance before the tractor moves? If not, you need to do a steering calibration. You have to do 1 with the oil cold and then do another with the oil at operating temp. Our 8310RT has needed this a few times. Symptoms would be the autosteer is always trying to correct 1 way. Also sometimes when the oil wasn't up to temp the steering would be much more responsive 1 way vs the other going down the road.
Before doing any of that it would be a very good idea to replace the priority valve o rings if they haven't been changed recently. | |
